TSI Doubles in Size - April 2008
Strong demands for TSI’s QC and Ingest services has lead them to more than double the size of the operation and operate a 7 day a week 08.00-23.00 operational schedule for this area.
The expansion includes investment in a Playbox Ingest server, two non-linier edit stations for compliance editing, additional transcoding 8 core export serves and the upgrade of all infrastructure to fibre channel.
Dave Travis – TSI’s Director of Operations and Engineering – said “We have streamlined the whole system to provide the fastest most efficient infrastructure possible. We are now capable of putting through huge volumes with ease.”
