WRN Limited acquires TSI Broadcast - April 2009
WRN is a well established broadcast solutions company that has been serving international radio and television clients since 1992. Since its inception, WRN has been providing broadcast, transmission and satellite capacity services and, like TSI Broadcast, has high levels of expertise in digital distribution.
WRN has a long and established client base of both radio and TV broadcasters and while its initial focus was on international radio distribution, WRN has been increasingly active in the TV sector for some years. The acquisition of TSI Broadcast is part of WRN’s strategic plan to further develop the increasingly comprehensive range of products and services it offers to clients.
